I've never had a problem with Optus before and I have to say it's the optus dealer (f*cking franchise!!) that was the problem as Optus themselves (customer service, complaints) have been most helpful.

makes you wonder when, after losing my phone and having it replaced in 2 working days, what the hell is wrong with their repairs system!

2215 - Nah, the problem is with the phone (Bluetooth) and all optus can do is send it back to samsung for them to replace. so the phone is what is f**ked. it was just the stupid blond girl who didn't know what she was doing.

Optus cant replace my phone because if they find out that whatever is wrong with it is my fault then samsung wont replace it and Optus are out of pocket with the phone. so now.. i have to be out of pocket.

See, my sister is with optus and she never had any problems.. and my bf has a samsung and he never had any problems... it's just my run of bad luck (pity i dont belive in luck).

i say bring back the days of Nokia 3110 & 3210!! i once dropped mine on the corner of a rock and the case flew open the battery flew out and even the sim card came out... i put it back together and it worked like nothing had happened!!
Nokia had the right idea spend f**k all on the hardware and put millions into the software!!
