Just because I got up earlier today! (its an improvement!)

And i'm feeling slightly motivated

Elektro Kittenr
i guess i get upset sometimes because i feel sorry for people who don't know where they want to go in life. I couldn't handle not working towards my dreams and goals, and yet people are content to live their lives unhappilly as it seems easier to do so. I just don't understand how people would rather do nothing than even try to make their lives better?

Can anyone tell me why this is?

I just wish everyone would try to follow their dreams a bit more because everyone would be so much happier...

My opinion is that not everyone knows where they want to go or be in life. Sometimes it takes awhile to figure it out. And its not always an easy thing to do. And yes it is easy to get into a rut and just do the same thing day in day out. I don't necessarily think its because they'd rather do nothing, I think maybe they don't know where to start, or what to do. Which can lead to being depressed and unsure of where they are heading.

I agree that it would be great for everyone to follow their dreams, and find out what they are. There needs to be more support out there for people that are unsure, e.g. in careers, counselling etc to help them get on track.

Public holiday? What public holiday? Homework, homework and more friggin homework. The worst is when you are invited to a bbq with friends and drinks and fun and one very cute guy. How can one concentrate writing essays at a time like that?

Arrrggghhh! mad.gif
{Bunny}r
...I found this rather amusing today.........

Ace told me that the IGA near our house would be open because they usually are on Public Holidays...So we thought we would go and do some shopping. Went for a drive there, and no, it wasn't open. No big deal. It's a public holiday anyway. And the shopping isn't that important.

Thought we'd check the next closest place, Coles at Salisbury. Nope closed.

As we were driving to get some lunch at McDonalds we drove past Woolworth LIQUOR store at Parabanks (Salisbury) and guess what...It was freaking open laugh.gif

Made me giggle...I thought of all places in the Salisbury area to be open, it HAD to be the liquor store laugh.gif

That doesn't mean that they are necesarily bad or lead to bad things. As they say Be cruel to be kind. I used to think that person was full of shit and if i met him in the street, you better believe it'd be GO TIME!!
In saying that recently i have put a personal meaning to this very phrase. May not be out of the emotional woods yet but its been a very promising start and i know both people involved will be happier in the long run because of the decision made. smile.gif

do it... but in a polite way if that makes sense.

when you have issues with friends, relatives or others in your life 'outside' of work.... the quicker its discussed and dealt with the better as it doesn't manifest. in my experience, within the work place, its so much more intesified... therefore things manifest really quickly laugh.gif

Just because things at Salisbury Interchange never change.

Always someone walking around harassing people for money. F*ck off! I earnt my money it's about time you started doing the same. And no walking around asking people for $2 is not EARNING it! And the amount of people that fell for it was shocking. I watched the guy for about 40 minutes. Then when he had ran out of people to harass he happily, smiles and all walked strait into the pub.

AND there's always someone walking around harassing people about some form of religion. You can f*ck off too. Great, believe what you want to believe. But while I'm sitting here peacefully waiting for my bus, not bothering anyone why can't you do the same. If I wanted to believe in anything or be religious I'd do it off of my own back.

Man these low life pieces of sh*t annoy me.

...I think my kitten's on heat. 2 male cats keep harassing her. So she is now locked up inside until further notice. I don't like stopping her from going outside, but I do not want her to get knocked up laugh.gif

...My doctors receptionist made me worry my hypothetical balls off!

"Lucy, Dr Nouman needs to schedule an appointment with you to talk about your recent blood tests"

Me: WORRIED. My last blood test was a screening for Down Syndrome and Nuero defects and something else that I forget.

Find out today it was just a normal check up, took my weight, blood pressure and gave me my referrals for the midwife and told me that my blood tests were fine.

F*ck did I worry though!

.. Just because I have made some mistakes doesn't mean I am going to make them again. An occasional look in the mirror at your own life and the choices you make might bring things a little more into prespective before you go jumping to conclusions that I am going to f*** up again. Seriously.

Just because I was in a great mood before you came along with your conclusions.
Just because I am not choosing between you and the significant other.

Just because if you were a true friend and if I was going to go back down that path, you should be there to catch me if I fall, because thats what I would do for you.
