After all the stress I've had after the last week I didn't end up getting a job working as a Customer Service Representative All the positions were filled... But Optus didn't wanna lose me, so they made space in the admin department for me to work instead! Same pay as the other job, no weekend work, minimal to no customer calls. I can't believe it. If I didn't get this job I was going to start looking at office admin and now I don't have to! And the feeling that they wanted me so bad they made space for me? That rocks
