i am good to look at. i have used me also.

My agent is brilliant. I've told Marcia all about her before

She manages about 50 properties from memory, and has her own real estate business that she operates from home. You'd get along with her really well too Jase!

Happy to pass on her details if you like.

After having her as my landlord/agent, I will never go through one of those big, commercial real estate places to rent through, nor would I use one if renting out my own property

Brock Harcourt... Toby' sister Olivia works for them in the city and she's grreeeeeaaaattttt.. she's not an agent but she could surely help you out with who's the best!!

I've got my 3 houses going thru and agent that other members of my family have been using for voer 5 years... they've had not trouble and everything has always been aok.

He's a property owner herself (20 properties) and has a about a hundred properties on her book... 7% plus tax with small monthly admin fee ($12 i think, wil have to find the agreement).
