Electro.....

I love my electro. Im not sure if theres many anthemites that actually get into, or know what this stuff is all about. So i thought id upload a track by one of my favourite artists - Anthony Rother to educate/re-educate some of you. This music in my opinion is the shiznitch. Its the roots of many genres/sub-genres that are about today. But unfortunately it seems to have slipped throught the cracks and theres not many people making this type of music these days. I guess its having a bit of a resurgence in the electro house stuff thats coming through lately but it just isnt the same. This track by the way isnt that old, but Anthony i guess is one of the die hards. German freak. Gotta love em.....

download here <-------- ENJOY

if you want more ill upload a mix i did a while ago

nice one .......
thats not to my flavour
guess I look at all tracks from dancability
and its too monotonous for my tastes
I find my self waiting for it to go up a notch
interesting how peoples tastes can vary
makes the world a more interesting place

thanks for helping to define different styles in my mind

I think I like the electro house stuff better?

yeah the electro house stuff is cool. i love that also, and i guess its more suited to this day and age. Electro i guess is more travelling music. I imagine myself on a train when i listen to this stuff for some strange reason.

yeah anthony rother has a lot of cool stuff. hes one of the best electro producers ive found. most of his stuff is pretty dirty, but some of its melodic also. he mixes the two together quite nicely. makes for a good contrast of sounds
