After the success of our last Trance anthems, we just had to give it a trance flavour this time. Classic tracks from the likes of PUSH, Nalin & Kane, Blank & Jones, and System F, meet the freshest in uplifting, dark and melodic trance.

Spread over two rooms at Tonic, doors open at 9pm with DJs ATB, Brendon, Cheeky B, Davin, Dr Damage, Howlett, Josh, Mr S, Slide, Solace and Submission battling it out. Limited presold tickets are $20 plus fees from Venue*tix and [online here]... more on the door.

RISKY17 Jul 2006, 1:42pm

I'll be there with a few of my mates. Can't wait for the show......

It's going to make me want to fly back to Brisbane and go to Family again. Best club I've been too.......without a show. So glad we have anthems here. Such a highlight to partying.

mich17 Jul 2006, 1:44pm

be good to see you there risky and any others who've recently stumbled across anthems!.... i'll be there, camera in hand, be sure to come up and say hi if I don't get to snapping you first!

la la la la la la la la.... it's almost time to trance!!

RISKY17 Jul 2006, 1:53pm

I chatted for a short time to a guy with a camera at Hard Evolution. Had a white shirt with writing all over it. Like a year 12 graduation shirt or something. LOL.
I spoke to a couple of people but don't remember much. If people see me etc come up and say hi. Be nice to meet you guys.

mich17 Jul 2006, 1:58pm

i'm a chick so that was definitely not me... the other two I saw trawling around with their cameras were phototerrorist foonji and Alex Hardcore Master...

we''re a friendly bunch so don't be surprised by randoms coming up with hugs and hello's. None of us bite... except PaulHamon... steer clear!

RISKY17 Jul 2006, 2:03pm

But how many people are going to know who I am....haha. Hopefully someone recognises me. I'm not huge on walking up to random people. LOL. I'll be there though.....might have to wear something that stands out. Problem is, with the amount of dancing I do, I always end up wearing a singlet. LOL. Tonic don't like them......will they have a problem with it when anthems are there???

mich17 Jul 2006, 2:15pm

not sure hun... I'll be in an anthems singlet (pink anthems written on the front) but I'm a girl so they'll let me in! Whatever you wear, if you want an intro to some of the anthems people come find me (tall blonde) or kandii and we'll intro you around.. there'll probably be a convergence around the door of anthemites anyway so wont be hard to find us.

The night could not have gone much better than it did .. it was like a whole new type of rave for me, and I enjoyed the fuck out of it.

Thankyou, Paul for making it possible
