I really cant remember how I found out about anthems. I have been on the mailing list a while i think. I think this directed me to the website. I have told a few people about it though & they are all members of the site as well.

seven of gaffio graham told me to log in two days ago.. while i was down at empire playing pool.. since then ive been online each day being a homestyle geek.. posting away and enjoyingmyself in here some nice people and freindly too!

since becoming a member iv realised i had actually picked up a flyer a few months b4 i was told/ got a sticker & actually got onto this site!

since then iv seen it mentioned on rave adelaide, twenty_four_seven, onion, more flyers, wall outside earth, been given a card after having my foto taken at an event (still havent found that pic!) & now kno & work with 2 team members theyr evreywer i tell ya!

I think I put my name down in a mailing list when I was entering a rave (cannot for the life of me remember which one, but would have been about a year ago) then I started getting stuff in the mail from these guys....so I logged on and, like Eskimopie said, the good vibe made me stay

I went for a walk at lunch time (I work in town), and saw stickers for anthems all over the place.

I always check out tags etc etc when I'm out anyways, so noted the stickers immediately.

like iv kinda said in some other thread like this, i work with a team anthems, two tomorrow, i was given some stickers, & because i actually had them near me i rememberd to check out the site next time i was online. even tho i like checking out tags and stickers in the city, i can never remember the site names, so it was better that i was given em, also, if i wasnt already a memeber, last rave i went to, i got my foto taken and was given a card, i would'v joined after that if i wasnt already a member. i dont think flyers are that good for getting ppl to join, word of mouth is most convincing, but ther neeeds to be a few mor ppl joined for that to be the best way...

well, i had some tickets i ordered online for einter enchanted that never made it to my house!!!

So i email paul and was like... umm?? where are they???

Anyways, after some much appreciated help from paul, i saw the thing for becoming part of the team. And since i had more time cause i quit my band and i was really getting into the rave scene more, i thought, heh, why not!

I leached all of Paul's good ideas, made him do all the hard work of building the site, and then tried to take credit for all of it. Reality is, about all I can take credit for is giving him the kick up the arse required to build anthems, but I'm still reaching for more

I dont know how I became a memeber I used to get flyers etc , prolly from a previous anthems nite so I must have been on the mailing list. I saw one of these that had the website on it & i went from there!!!

I think I saw Paul at some event at St Pauls when I thought he still lived in Sydney. And the MAN was explaining on putting the whole anthems phenomena together. I signed up and here I am.

I have no idea how I became a member!!!! I was just receiving stuff in the mail, and then one day someone told me that I must've sighned up on this website.
So I tried out a couple of passwords and sure enough I was a member and never even knew!!!!

My mate mo gave me a thing that gave free entry to one, so I went to register and realised that I had already done it after having my photo taken at Winter enchanted. I only made my first post today tho

for me it involved a greasy pole, a 200kg lady named bunny,an armadillo, 2 chickens, a shoe horn and a bucket of secret sauce..............unfortunately i left my gimp mask on, so u can't tell it's me in the video!!!!!

Pretty obvious... But I was minding my own business being at a drunken state at a friends b'day bash at Black cat and some tall freaky man decided he felt the need to dance with me... (Or was it I felt the need to dance with him) anyway... Then we went for a walk to get b33r, I met some of his friends and did the splits... then we went and danced more... then I had to leave so we swapped numbers, met up a few days later to walk along beach and do random stuffs then he dragged me to a anthems night where i met heaps of cool ppl and was forced to join at gunpoint

Well, a few months ago i went to venus- met nickdub, life_aura and foonji in a rather random way. sat down for a natter with the boys while scott danced with sarah. ended up getting lots of hugs, so i was sold
scott joined first and i joined a month or so later. started going to venus more and i love it

I went along to One.point.one with Aeon, and then stardust, and realised how much i liked all of the people and the culture itself, and how much i wanted to be a part of it, so i joined first chance i had (well, as soon as i remembered that i was going to, anyway )

ummmz i cant exactly remember the conversation i had with Delusionl but some what my buddy of years twisted my arm and directed me to the site...and here i am you poor fellas now cant get rid of me

went to an anthems show on Australia Day few years back & absolutely LOVED it!! - was an old school show & i lost my voice cos i was singing along saw the stickers round the place loved them & 'heard' the site was coming (phuct if i know how!? ) & eventually got my a in gear & joined up last year... even tho im a 'phantom anthemite' i feel like im kinda home spesh seeing the fotos n stuff off all these faces that i'd seen & smiled at whilst out but had NFI as to who they were/are...i'll meet ya's all eventually ...when i get my shit together

i first heard of anthems at primary school, when there was a sudden burst of national pride. this was followed by a short but sweet mass saturation campaign during the '84 olympics, when amazingly anthems were rocking the house whenever a medal was being presented...the fever soon caught on - at every sporting event anthems were taking over, followed by automotive events, even spelling bees. from the surface, it appears that anthems could be considered the best-ever media-blitskrieg advertising campaign...................................

that was anthems ressurection!!! my first anthems and one of the best parties ive ever been to!! was ssooooo much fun!! was also the very first time off my guts.

Mel ... as you know her as the fellow team member, she introduced us so a bunch of us went and .... yeah I decided to join cos i loved it so much.

I got on here thanks to Kylie (cashew) cause when we were first getting together, anthems was like THE thing she'd talk about. Although she hasnt gone to as many raves lately since i stole her from you all, but thats changing, i promise!
