as many of you know, i live in a block of 18 units all 2 bedrooms lounge/kitchen toilet/bathroom set ups.

and a swimming pool with BBQ area

now one of these upstairs units has come available.

Rent is 130$ a week
bond 520

its 5 minutes from the city ( 13$ in a taxi)

in Richmond, now im not going to post an address, but i will post my number.

i dont have control of it but i can pass on a number to contact the owners.

i would prefer to have some one i know move in. as the owner WILL be asking me for a personal reference about anyone that is interested..

so obvisouly knowing me is a advantage... ( i drink Jamesons or coopers pale)

im at work at moment but inspections are usually organised for after 5pm.

i am very very interested but my bank ballance is going to be fecked for another fortnight so i think i'll have to pass - fuck fuck fuck!!! i noticed you have a decent DSL line going to that joint, if i was to get it i may have to run a little blue cable over the balcony....

Why COAX?

By a wireless modem (router) and a wireless card... then but an encryption onto it and u have yourself a secure network for whoever comes round to ur place and also has a wirless... Easy lan!! thats what it's like at my place!

and u will then work out the era that this was done


bout 5 yrs ago.. when dial up accounts still cost 35$ a month for 350mb

Oh I wish the deal I had at home wasn't so good or I would jump at this opportunity

and living next door to me.. gets u shared taxi rides ( chaueferred cars usually as taxis suck!)
to most venues. guarenteed a good night life at home with many bbqs, pool nights poker nights movie nights etc

a good bunch of guys in the units already including a mechanic, a detailer, a dam good cook, metal heads as well as dance freaks.

parking out the back.

a football club just down teh road.

2 pubs a a SANFL footy club an RSL a sports club dentist doctors banks supermarket hair dressers st vinnies ( or one of them kinda stores)

and the city is a 20 minute walk if its a nice day!

used to have RAVE01's gf live in here.. most people know him as RAVE,

my old mate Kane was a raver well before i joined here.. but he has left now.

most my regular party attenders know my mates that live here already..

but it would be nice to get some one i know in here. help them out.. and give me a bit of company...

Best of luck finding someone DeL - would be awesome to have that apartment block turned into an anthems version of Melrose Place Make great footage for Foonji's anthems movie! If I was on my own, I'd definitely think about it.....
