The Clipsal 500 is almost upon once again, coming up on March 23rd (Thur) to 26th (sun).

i shall hopefully be there working on fri -> sun. unfortuantly i miss out on thur because i'll also be in Clare working for 2 days.

who else will be attending such a great event?

will be great to see ya there if you are going, can come check out my works display, check out some kewl gear, have a chat with me, and a photo if you just wanna have a pic with me in uniform

and see a sight of me not everyone sees

Yeah right...i might just have to take a drive to Berri and do a bit of rally driving down there...i know some good places AND i'll go to the beach with my board and make sure i get lots of and inside everywhere maybe i might takemy dog too...his furr it hard to get off the seats!!

Who else thinks ford will win cos they're welcome to give graeme a hand washing my car...it's gonna be a tough job for just one person! *cheeky smile*

Hey folks..

As some of you know, i work on adelaides race tracks as both a track/flag marshal and at times as a driver. As ill be once again working as a Flag marshal this year at clipsal 500 i will be supplied with a guess pass ( all access) and 4 single admission tickets for next week, ( one for each day.)

i hate to do this, but as im losing 3 days wages by volunteering for this event, im going to try and make a little bit of money of these tickets to cover my $400 wage loss

gen admin tickets

thurs 20$ ( ticket price is 30)

friday $30 TP is 42

sat and sunday $50 (TP at gate is 69 sat and 72 on sunday)

4 day ALL access pass which is in effect my ' guest pass' that allows u to go anywhere i can as an offical. and if with me behind the barriers etc and into the restricted areas.

will be at $150

even the most basic 4 day pass is Gen admin $125 and the other end of the scale is $260

the gen admission tickets are exactly that.. general admission. go anywhere that isnnt guarded by security

i dont knwo bout seating as ive never actually been to watch myself.. im always on my feet for 10 hrs a day marshalling...

the guest pass is all access similer to the one i get. except for u cant pass the track barriers like i can

yesterday i was on the news when pushing a formula ford from the end of pit exit back into the pits

got shifted from track at 11 to flags at start finish, we was a tracky short, so i volunteered for a demotion to work the track instead. ( more chance to look around and relax) hehehe

ahhemm... but FORD aka lownes did get a massive jump non the start and kelly got penalised for it when it should of been the 888 driver..

Oh really!!! is that cos the rex isn't working!! Stick to the bet u said i have to wash YOUR REX if ford won! and you can take as many photos as u like cos it's gonna me taking the pics if u in a dress next yr!!

PS: Del... Racing is racing. The penalties and what you say worked in favour of Ford is bullshit... Ford had to put up with all the holdens getting in the way... thats penalty enough!

and as for reserved grand stand seating.. and drinks... drinks are only served in the 500 club tent? so u woudl miss half the race going to get beers.. and im unsure if u can take your drinks back outside from in there?

i know we arnt allowed to on the sunday night when we use the 500 club for dinner and drinks..
