Mmmm, but a daytime PVD sesh could be very pleasant That's a pretty full on week of touring for him, hope he's not exhausted by the time he reaches us! Even Bendigo gets a gig - hope Adelaide sorts out a decent venue for this.....

April 2nd, just in time to be considered my birthday celebration - looking forward to this, for sure

hmmmm, may just have to book Monday the 3rd off of work for this one.....and am keeping my fingers crossed for the Shores as a venue (and for a sunny day on the 2nd as well).

I'd be interested to know more as well...i have been looking at venuetix to see if they have tix on sale yet but nothing has been said.

this is just news iv recieved second hand from another promotor.
but he has been booked for adelaide.

venue is a favorite and will be appeaing with other internationals and interstaters.. be a biggggg show!

but he will be in the country the same timing so they may get him down for it..

If you'd like a quick refresher course in who exactly PVD is:

In 1993, PVD created the club hit of the year with his remix of Humate’s "Love Stimulation".

In 1999, Mixmag elected him as “Man of the Year” and Muzik Magazine named him “Leader of the Trance Nation.”

He was voted 'America’s Favorite DJ' for 2004 by BPM Magazine
Scooped the pool at the 2004 Dancestar Awards, taking home: Best International DJ, Best Event and Best Music in a Commercial (Motorola).

He also won the Mexican Oscar for his soundtrack in the film 'Zurdo' in March 2004.

Over the years he has remixed the tracks of many renowned artists such as Inspiral Carpets, Sven Väth, Curve and New Order.

In 1999, PVD co-created the new label Vandit Records. This label presents both Paul’s releases, as well as other new and innovative dance/DJ artists.

In 2005 Paul Van Dyk ramked #1 in the DJ Mag top 100.
