Arguably the longest running club in Adelaide, Cargo has been producing top nights for over 15 years, and is a main stay of our community. anthems heads to this cosy and memory filled venue as your DJs Jayse, George The Boss, Josh and Audioporn relive all the Cargo Club Classics from throughout the 90s.

Grab yourself the ultimate dose of girly house that this venue was famous for, at cargo anthems, Saturday October 15. Entry only $10 at the door from 9:30pm... don't be late and avoid the queue!

i love larry and the current cargo crew, but back in the day this was the club.. music was always forefront, they defined house for a whole generation of late night wednesday party people.. as well as being early supporters of dnb, techno, acid jazz sounds, funk bands, poetry even!

and it was one of those clubs that even though was sooo small [like, tiny when you actually think about it] but you would lose your friends and not see them for a good couple hours..

i reckon, for good times per unique club ratio, i would have had the best [conversations/friends/experiences], most bent times at cargo bar no other place..

it'll be nice dancin the night away to good house again!

Well what a fantastic night! As soon as a I got there almost the whole place was dancing. and i bairly stoped dancing alnight till I left. It was fantastic to see Wendy (Dazzler), Tara (RavePrincess) and Andy (Imol) on hte dance floor, and dancing with these guys made it twice as good knowing they have been doing it for more that 10 years!

My first time at Cargo, but I was very impressed! couldnt beleive how small it was but a nice good looking clean place

I really hope this becomes a regular thing

God damn i love anthems!!! we should make it a religion

I had an absolute blast @ Cargo, the crowd was great extra friendly which really makes for a top night. The night was made when Jayse hit the decks. It was great to catch up with him after sooooooooooooo many years. He should be really playing at alot of the anthems events.
