if anyones interested, i will be hosting insomnia on Tuesday, August 30 (monday night after dropzone ) and Monday, September 5 (sunday night after turbulence) from 1am - 6am.

Insomnia on FreshFM starts at 1am every nite and 12am on friday nites.. different DJs usually each nite.. goes to about 5/6am i think

tune in to fresh fm tonight from 11pm, as turbulence rocks yo house with some filthy breaks provided by the man JC ( ), followed closely by insomnia, with myself, nickdub, and the rest of the manik sound system - riddla and the pommy, as well as joker4 and a new anthemite (sarah) who will be keeping the rest of us miscreants honest.....expect a night of tough breaks, and party breaks, with a few engelbert humperdink tracks chucked in for good measure.

sorry, but i no matter how many times i try to get into break beats, i just cant handle it. the swapping and changing, it aggitates me to no end! It's the only type of dance music i just dont like.

yeah.. i love DnB, but when i listen to breaks it flicks some sort of switch in me, and i become aggitated and angry!! seriously.. i feel like hurting someone after listening to that stuff!

Gotta agree with Kandi, breaks seems to get people 'angry' for want of a better word.
I'm all for gettin pumped up by the tunes, but there definately seems to be a very different vibe for breaks compared to other styles.
And no I'm not a DnB fan, For me you can't get any better than some good uk freeform or hard nrg.
