OK let me break it down for you.
Basically what it says (I think).......

With a sense of no time, but a warm fuzzy feeling, as time goes by, we're all zonked.

We don't know nothing, but everything ends, as time goes by.

2 times nuffin is still nuffin. The cops will always be wowsers.

But that don't matter, they don't count. It's the feeling that counts.

Time doesn't really go by, it's just the lighting FX.

Thing go a bit trippy. Rocks are really heavy. We know everything.
