I've started up quitting again, except I'm not cheating this time by having a cigarette here and there.
It's currently day 6 and the past 4 nights I've spend drinking and socialising with smokers and have not caved in, I've also had two shifts at work, and been to Uni.
Apart from a rave, all aspects of my life have been covered in the past 6 days - so hopefully that means I'll be able to quit properly this time

WELL DONE AND GOODLUCK QUITTING BUDDY!!

huni if u need any help then just ask......u helped me alot!!.....having a quitting buddy was the best damn thing ever!! luv u jutsin!!

Well done its been 2 weeks today for me

Keep up the good work

goodluck hun

....it has been 2 months and 11 days since my last smoke

it wasnt easy, but it was worth it!!
i no longer have cravings (cept for the past 3 days....but believe me there are reasons for that!)
its amazing how different i feel, and how differently i look at smokers, its not a feeling i can describe.....was at the bus stop the other day and got sh*tty with some smoker for smoking while sitting next to me.....uh hello....pollute ur own air

....but it doesnt bother me when my friends smoke around me, or in pubs and clubs for some reason
THANKS TO ALL WHO HELPED ME QUIT

...special thanks to jutsin for being my support at the begining, and to dav for putting up with me getting sh*tty alot
