Please also be aware that the site is still in its early stages and there are lots of things that will be changed in the coming months.

Over the coming months we plan to grow this site to be one of the biggest resources for sports and fitness discussions.

We will have a personal trainer and gym search function, as well as an up to date review section on footwear, cycling, supplements and sporting products. In addition to this we will have Scotty's top recipes for healthy eating!
