IM sure there are plenty of people around who have been following Battlestar Galactica. I thought tonights episode was quite good as we continue to learn more about the cylons and next weeks seems like its gonna be a corker. Looks like the series is on the build up and some exciting viewing ahead.

also enterprise seems to be picking up as well. shame that they cancelled the series just as it was starting to get good! and they were starting to tie the series in with the original.
sort of now screws up the whole star trek story. havent heard any news on the save enterprise cause in recent weeks.

ive seen them all too! been watching it religiously.

im curious to see where the substory of that guy on cylon controlled caprica leeds to??? has left me a bit confused.

i sort of already know about enterprise as i tend to look ahead on the offical web site since we are always behind here. by the time it gets here the reviews are already up.

i think ill stay in suspense for bsg season 1 as its the one tv show i really look forward to each week!

oh my god did you see enterprise tonight. definately saw alot more flesh from tpol than what youd probably ever seen in star trek!

no the one that was on last night is where they find that alien inside a pod from another relm. anywayz tpol and trip go all the way. you get to see the whole of her from behind as she drops her robe.

Has anyone seen the mini-series Taken? I think its about UFO abductions and stuff; and its by some well known director. I just need to know whether renting/buying it is worth it?

I haven't seen it although it gets some good write-ups, I think Speilberg directed it.

anybody watch battlestar tonight??? keeps on getting better and better! interesting to see what the doctor does now that he knows the asian chicks a cylon!

the doctor would have to be my favourite character so far closely followed by starbuck! shes a pretty buff lookin chick!

i've watched BSG intermittently, i like it a lot but i've missed too many eps to fully understand what's going on.. gonna have to wait til i can see the series from the beginning

i suppose we can talk books in here as well..

one of the best sf books i read in the last year was ilium by dan simmons [hyperion, hollow man].. great story, writing isn't fantastic but still very good. about future humanity and the greek gods somehow playing out the story of the trojan war on Mars [with helen, paris and allthe other characters in homer's story] and dead academics resurrected to observe and report on the proceedings..

also parallel threads about future man made machine intelligences living on jupiter's moons, and humanity on earth kept in zoo-like existence.. these all slowly come together..

the second book in the series [Olympos] comes out later this year.. i'm hanging for it..

simmon' hyperion series is also fantastic, as is the secondary endymion though not quite as good.. he tells a great story..

ive watched bsg religiously except for the episode where they had to destroy the olympia. but i sore of worked out what happened anywayz from the few episodes after. but the information is starting to come together in bsg and its really getting interesting! bring on tomorrow night!!1

was the one where they find the weapon. archer gets captured and at the end enterprise is about to be destroyed. curse those to be continued episodes!!!

Sorry, but I had to chuckle when I saw a few minutes of the Enterprise epsode last week after they got shot to shit.....making repairs with current day welders and welding masks. Come one, 1960's technology...I think they would have invented seomthing better by then

Ok now im pissed off! the only show i look forward to everyweek battlestar galactica, wasnt on tonight because they were showing rove a night late due to technical difficulties last night!!!! ggrrr

now because of rove they are putting it on sat night at 11pm when im gonna be at work. i will get my mum to tape it! but i like to sit down and relax every wed night and now this has made me angry!!!!!

well its been a big 24 hours and a bit of scifi for me!

enterprise - the weapon gets launched, great episode!!!

star wars- the movie had the shock and awe affect on me!!

lastly did anyone see the final episode of battlestar galactica??? who would of picked that ending to season 1!!!! wow!!

cant wait for season 2! there are so many questions i have right now and no way for them to be answered and thats why i love this series!!!

i agree with you on that. cool thing is you can hire the originals from your local dvd store now. sweeeeeeeet!! ive got the first dvd , brings back some good memories

season 2 was fucking awesome!! so many suprises!! some fucking awesome space battles!!!! woot!!! my fav part of scifi's
